This remodel completely redefined the main living space by opening the kitchen to the dining area and integrating the staircase into the design. Removing the original wall created a brighter, more connected layout, allowing natural light to flow throughout the main floor.

 

A clean palette of white cabinetry, warm wood flooring, and soft gray glass tile brings balance and warmth to the modern aesthetic. The new waterfall-edge peninsula offers additional prep and seating space, while black pendant lighting adds a bold, sculptural accent.

 

To maximize functionality, custom under-stair cabinetry was designed with pull-out drawers and hidden storage—turning every inch of space into purposeful organization. The result is a modern, inviting kitchen that blends practicality and sophistication, designed for both everyday living and effortless entertaining.
