What services do you provide?
Kitchen and bathroom design is our main focus. We also do city plans for non structural changes and Interior space-planning.
How long is the design phase and how long is the construction phase?
Th design phase is usually 4-6weeks for smaller projects and 2-3 month for a full home. A kitchen remodel takes about 8-10 weeks. Bathroom remodel takes about 8 weeks.
Do you provide contractors?
We do have a suggested list of local contractors we work with. You are welcome to use someone from our list or bring in your own GC for the remodel.
How do you charge?
We charge by the project, not hourly. An estimated amount can be provided from photos. Or shortly after our complimentary home visit.
When can you start on my project?
From signing the Design Agreement start date is usually 4-6 weeks out.
